BITMOVES proudly collaborated with JKFL, a project management company based in Montreal, Canada, to support the Canada Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. Our role included the production and on-site installation of all signage, as well as project coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Though this project didn't involve digital interactivity, it demonstrated BITMOVES' core strength — bridging international design vision with on-the-ground execution in Japan.

BITMOVES Responsibilities

  • Coordination with JKFL's international design team: We translated technical data and design intent into specifications that fit local production methods.
  • Production & scheduling with Japanese signage factories: Managing tight deadlines while ensuring design accuracy and high-quality output.
  • On-site installation at the Canada Pavilion: Handling construction coordination, layout adjustments, and precise placement under Expo site conditions.
  • Office furniture project management for staff areas: Supporting not only visitor-facing spaces but also back-of-house operational environments.

Outcome

  • Project was delivered on time, despite limited lead time and multiple on-site design changes.
  • JKFL praised BITMOVES for its flexibility, attention to detail, and local coordination skills.
